- Turn the pedals with speed 20-30 км/h;
- If your pulls exceeds the required for you rate (180 minus your age) lower the tension;
- After you have finished your cardio exercise, make several breathing exercises till your pulls become 70-80 bytes in a minute – then your organism is completely recovered;
- If you want you can put in a notebook your exercises data for self-control;
