The Upright Bike is a device,  simulating cycling. But unlike the bicycle,  exercise bike is stationary and can be placed conveniently at home. Best  known are two types of exercise bikes:
  • Classic Upright Bikes -  The person who sits is in a position of a cyclist;

- The air temperatures must  be less than  15-16оС and not higher than  28оС;
- Seat height and handlebars of a stationary bike can be adjusted according to the personal height. (Legs are stretched in the knees when in the lowered position of the pedal and hands touch the steering wheel without bending of the body;
-  Ware sport clothes , sport shoes, suitable blouse.
After   5-10 minutes warming routine , you can start the training with the exercise bike :
- You sit on the bike and try your pulse in a calm situation;
- You  choose the level of intensity;
- Turn the pedals with speed  20-30 км/h;
- If your  pulls exceeds the required for you rate (180 minus  your age) lower the tension;
- After you have finished your cardio exercise, make several breathing exercises  till your pulls  become      70-80 bytes in a minute – then your organism is completely recovered;
- If you want you can put in a notebook your exercises data for self-control;
